Brothers Felix and Justin Kong know how it feels to have that hankering go unmet and have solved the problem by opening Melt Brothers in Post Office Square. Melt Brothers has taken the grilled cheese sandwich and elevated it, because they could!

The store is operated by business partner James Mabey who says Melt Brothers is all about offering the ultimate comfort food, and he is as excited about the menu as customers are.

“I love the variety of food we are offering because it is about comfort and feeling good as well as tasting incredible,” James explained. “We like to offer an escape from the busyness of the workday
where people can enjoy the food, the music and the space.

“What better way is there to really find your comfort spot by enjoying a gourmet grilled cheese melt, mac and cheese or a delicious coffee.”

James is a busy guy, also running a wellness company and other hospo ventures.
