Injex Clinics founders rise from ashes to build a franchise

Emma and Kate Taylor are not the sort to let something like a fire destroying their first business premises, stop them from following their dream to provide world-class customer service for clients in their own beauty and cosmetics clinic franchise, Injex Clinics.

From that fire in 2017, two years after the opening of their business at Capalaba, the determination of the two women now has them on the cusp of opening their fourth store, this one in the CBD’s Post Office Square.

“We are opening at Post Office Square and are so excited because we think this is the perfect location for us,” Emma explained.

“After that fire in 2017, we had so much support from the community, our friends, family and customers, that it made sense to us to re-build and this time be bigger and better by offering more services.

“So we did and it’s proven to be very popular with our list of clientele steadily growing week after week as it has since 2017.”

Injex Clinics also have stores at Aspley and Springfield Lakes as well as Capalaba.

The clinic offers a wide range of beauty and cosmetic services including wrinkle and dermal filler injections, a comprehensive range of aesthetic treatments including fat dissolving, cosmetic tattooing, advanced facial treatments, laser therapy, and eyelash extensions.

“We both have a passion for the beauty industry and wanted to create a clinic dedicated to offering the ultimate in customer focus and some of the best trained staff in the business,” Emma continued.

“Our emphasis on education and training our staff was paramount in the foundations of Injex Clinics and has continued to be paramount to the success of Injex Clinics.”
