McDonald’s has been confirmed as the anchor tenant for Post Office Square which is undergoing a multi-million dollar refurbishment.

The signing on of the world’s largest quick service restaurant chain paves the way for seven (7) day trading at Post Office Square.

McDonald’s has commenced construction on its new restaurant in Post Office Square, injecting over $3 million into the local economy and creating over 180 jobs for local construction workers and restaurant employees across crew, barista, maintenance and management roles.

McDonald’s Post Office Square will be 191 sqm and take up residence in tenancy 15 at the Queen Street entrance, trading seven (7) days per week and 24 hours per day and is expected to open in December this year.
